The parish children, from ages Kindergarten to Grade 3 gather during Saturday’s 5:00 pm mass and Sunday’s 10:00 am mass celebration. The children are encouraged to participate in the liturgy and work together in prayer on crafts, puzzles and art to help them learn about the Word of the Lord and the Church.

This ministry has been running since 1975 by volunteers from the parish. This program runs from September to June. Adult and youth volunteers from the parish are always welcome.  Confirmation candidates are encouraged to sign up for assisting the volunteers at the liturgy as part of their service contract.

Meetings:     There is an annual meeting of all teachers prior to the commencement of the program each year. One or two informal gatherings will be held throughout the year to assess the progress of the program.
