Adoration Chapel
For more than twenty years, St. Raphael’s has provided a quiet place to spend quality time with the Lord. Our Adoration Chapel is always available, twenty-four- seven so that anyone who wishes may spend time with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. Many parishioners and visitors give testimony to the powerful way that reading scripture and religious writing, meditation, and quiet prayer have change and improved their lives of faith and daily living.
The main reason why we have exposition of the Blessed Sacrament is call to mind the Eucharistic celebrations at Mass and to invite us to live more fully the depth of holiness God’s calls us to at Mass. The Sunday and daily Mass send us out into the world to bring the Good News to all we meet. Individual quality time with the Lord and His most Precious Body, bid us return to that same source of Life offered at the Eucharistic celebrations.
St. Francis of Assisi spoke of the Eucharist in this way:
The chapel is unlocked during the daytime and evenings. Those wishing to pray in the chapel during overnight hours should call in advance during daytime office hours (9:00 - 4:00) to receive instructions as to how to access the adoration chapel at overnight hours.
Come and be refreshed.
