I would like to register with the parish . . .

In order to register into St. Raphael’s community, you should introduce yourself to one of the pastoral staff (Friar Maurice, Friar Peter Knaapen, Friar Peter Cowans, Sr. Rosalie or Bro. Peter Cowans). They (or one of our hospitality ministers) will also help you obtain a registration form available at the Welcome Desk in the parish entrance or at the parish office.

Complete the form as much as possible, then either place it in the collection basket at one of the weekend masses or deliver it to the parish office.

Should you wish to receive parish collection envelopes, please make sure to check off the appropriate box on the form.  Tax receipts can then be issued with ease in February before tax reports are due. 

You should take note that we cannot issue letters of recommendation, sign passports or offer certain parish services such as baptisms, weddings, confirmations and first Eucharist if you are not registered with the parish.
